On May 14th, in Hanoi, EON Reality Vietnam JSC, a provider of digital transformation solutions using virtual reality, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence, signed a strategic partnership with the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) to enhance education and training, propelling Vietnamese education forward in the digital era.

Sharing at the Conference, Mr Phạm Vũ Quốc Bình, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education and Training (Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs), emphasized the necessity of supplementing knowledge and skills to enhance the competitiveness of Vietnam’s workforce, meeting the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The vocational education system currently trains around 800 occupations, ranging from basic to emerging fields, and can provide retraining and career transitions for related skills. For instance, in the semiconductor industry, additional training can be provided for related fields such as electronics, industrial electronics, information technology, and graphic design. Phạm Vũ Quốc Bình also highlighted the crucial role of VR/AR and AI technologies in improving training quality and meeting labor market demands.
