Mr. Nguyen Hong Son is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of OSB JSC. He co-founded the company in 2007 and laid the first foundation for the development and resounding success of the company today.As CEO, Mr. Son focuses on advancing the strategic technology and business direction of OSB. He is responsible for the executive, operational leadership and strategic development of the company, with an emphasis on building and growing a customer-centric organization that will continue to deliver compelling global services and products.Mr. Son is an acknowledged industry expert in electronics telecommunications and satellite communications. Prior to founding OSB, he previously served as the Head of the Technical Department of VNPT Group and was one of the first engineer who involved in the process of designing, building and deploying Vinasat satellites to orbit. With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and satellites, he has joined the leading team of OSB experts to build up a widespread VSAT network and provide services to many large customers in Vietnam and Southeast Asia Countries, gradually building OSB’s reputation as a major prime contractor and technology partner to organizations and companies worldwide.He also holds the positions as Chairman & General Director of Seacom Maritime Communication Company Limited, Chairman & General Director of OSB Hightech Company Limited – two of the OSB Holding subsidiaries operating in the field of high technology and maritime information.He earned B.S. ETE (Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering) and M.S. ETE (Master of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering) degrees from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and is a member of The Radio and Electronics Association of Vitnam (REV).

Mr. Tran Dinh Toan is a co-founder of OSB JSC and has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer since 2007.With a mindset of “Think Big, Start Small, Adapt Fast”, Mr. Toan’s leadership has helped OSB evolve from a Technology firm to a global E-Commerce services provider, now serving as the No.1 official authorized agent of Alibaba – The world’s largest retailers and e-commerce Group and has a significant contribution to the e-commerce sector’s growth at national and global level.Mr. Toan is responsible for overseeing the operational structure, finance, human resources controls of the Company and key business segments, in which he led OSB’s global E-commerce supply chain and development strategy; corporate quality and service integrity; and oversaw OSB’s worldwide facilities, which included putting into practice a variety of policies and initiatives at each of OSB’s operation facilities as well as maintaining the stable jobs, bringing life with true value of employees.Other experience includes roles as Chairman & Director of OSB Financial Investment Co., Ltd.; Chairman & Director of OSB E-Commerce Service Co., Ltd. – two of the OSB Holding subsidiaries operating in the field of financial investment and e-commerce – the leading areas of OSB Holding.Prior to OSB, Mr. Toan held many management positions in Business, Project, Legal in the field of Information Technology and E-commerce at various corporations and State agencies. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he has led OSB to becoming a prestigious e-commerce group in domestic and international markets, successfully supporting and providing e-commerce services to thousands of enterprises in Vietnam and across the globe.Mr. Toan holds a Bachelor of Business in Administration from Hanoi National Economics University and a Master of Economic Law from Hanoi Law University, and also obtained Certicicate of e-commerce training cources from some Government Agencies in Vietnam and other countries. He is a member of Vietnam E-Commerce Association (VECOM), Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Vietnam Export Association (VEXA), Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD) and Chairman of the Vietnam Export Support Alliance (VESA).
