OSB Group and Global Konet signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in technology development and equipment manufacturing for LEO and GEO satellite communication.
Hanoi, April 28, 2025 – OSB Group Joint Stock Company and Global Konet – a high-tech corporation headquartered in South Korea – officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on strategic cooperation in technology development and equipment manufacturing for LEO and GEO satellite communication.
The signing ceremony was held in a formal and dignified setting, marking a pivotal step in OSB Group’s strategic journey toward high-tech innovation. Attending the event on behalf of OSB Group were Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Sơn – Chairman of the Group – together with Center Directors and leaders from various business units of OSB Group. Representing Global Konet was Mr. Kim Youn Gon – Chief Executive Officer – accompanied by members of the executive delegation.
Global Konet is a high-tech corporation headquartered in South Korea, specializing in the development and delivery of advanced satellite communication solutions, particularly Electronic Beam Steering Antennas (ESA). The company designs and manufactures compact, mobile satellite antennas capable of automatic satellite tracking while in motion (COTM – Communications on the Move), engineered to operate reliably in harsh environments. Global Konet’s satellite communication products and solutions, compatible with GEO, MEO, and LEO orbits, are widely applied in sectors such as aviation, maritime, defense and security, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and the Internet of Things (IoT)
