On March 28, 2025 A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by the Hochiminh City’s Center For Agricultural Consultancy And Support (HCACS), which is a subordinate unit of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade, TRIDGE, and Vietnam Omnichannel Trade Promotion Joint Stock Company (TOPVN) as part of the Ho Chi Minh City Export 2025 event, which took place from March 27 to 29, 2025. This represents a new turning point in trade facilitation and promoting Vietnam’s food and agricultural products export and import.
Ho Chi Minh City Export 2025 – A Premier Exhibition for Vietnamese Export Enterprises
Ho Chi Minh City Export 2025, co-organized by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, is a prestigious trade fair bringing together Vietnam’s leading export enterprises. The event takes place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, featuring over 1,000 exhibition booths from Vietnam’s top manufacturers, exporters, foreign-invested enterprises, trade promotion centers, and industry associations from key export sectors. Additionally, the exhibition attracts nearly 200 international buyers, trade promotion organizations, and businesses from China, South Korea, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the United States, Japan, and more.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, emphasized that this year’s event focuses on key criteria: promoting green exports, enhancing the production and export of environmentally friendly products that meet international standards, and accelerating digital transformation in trade by leveraging AI and e-commerce to optimize distribution channels and market accessibility.
Furthermore, the strategy includes expanding exports to major global markets and fostering high-value-added products, particularly bird’s nest, ginseng, medicinal herbs, and premium processed foods.

During the event, HCACS, TRIDGE, and TOPVN officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen trade relations and promote agricultural and food product exports via a digital data platform and a global B2B supply chain.

Based on this foundation, cooperation in trade connectivity and e-commerce workforce training is essential to enhancing the city’s export-import turnover.
