To meet the workforce needs of key industries such as automation, automotive engineering, mechanical manufacturing, and electrical-electronics, and aiming to become a leading vocational education institution nationwide, Hanoi Vocational College for Electro Mechanics (HCEM) has integrated the EON-XR platform into its teaching. This allows both teachers and students to access advanced AR, VR, and AI technologies, rapidly enhancing their skills and work abilities.
Hanoi Vocational College for Electro Mechanics (HCEM) was established in 1972 with a training scale of over 10,000 students annually. With more than 50 years of development, the college has established itself as a leading institution in providing high-quality human resources in fields such as mechanical manufacturing, electrical-electronics, automotive technology, automation control, industrial robotics, and many other specialized sectors.
As one of the pioneers in digital transformation in vocational education, HCEM has officially integrated the EON-XR platform into its curriculum. This enables both teachers and students to access Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, enhancing professional skills and adapting to modern work environments.

Starting from February 2025, HCEM lecturers and students will be able to teach and learn on the EON-XR platform, which offers a wide variety of lessons, making the learning process easier and more effective.
Thanks to 3D simulation technology, complex and difficult technical subjects such as Mechanical Manufacturing, Electrical-Electronics, Automotive Technology, Automation Control, and Industrial Robotics can now be taught in a vivid and interactive manner through virtual models on EON-XR. With the largest digital learning resource library in the world and millions of 3D models spanning many fields integrated into EON-XR, HCEM lecturers can design virtual reality lessons for nearly all subjects and training specializations offered by the school.

Through AR and VR technology integrated into 3D models, students can observe the details of each component of machinery and equipment, while interacting with digital models in a virtual environment. This helps them improve their skills and master operational procedures without worrying about limitations of physical practice equipment or maintenance costs.
One of the standout features of the EON-XR platform is EON Merged-XR, which allows students to directly interact with physical models while simultaneously observing digital twins of the equipment in the virtual space. For example, when studying an automotive engine system, students can not only observe the real engine but also view its virtual model with detailed cross-sections, accompanied by video guides, images, documents, and AI assistant support to answer any questions instantly.
Complex devices such as robotic arms, industrial electrical systems, and CNC machines can also be simulated and integrated into EON Merged-XR, making the learning and practice process for students more efficient.

Instructors can easily create immersive learning content from available materials without needing programming knowledge. During the learning process, students can receive direct guidance from an AI assistant, helping them access knowledge in a more intuitive, understandable, and effective way compared to traditional methods. AI technology personalizes the learning journey by creating a tailored learning path for each student, from theoretical knowledge to simulation practice.
EON-XR can run on various end-user devices, allowing the school to use a range of devices such as computers, tablets, smartphones, or VR headsets to access and use the platform, thus optimizing the learning experience without being limited by physical infrastructure. As a result, students can also engage in self-directed learning anytime, anywhere, using common devices like smartphones or laptops.

Dr. Dong Van Ngoc, Rector of Hanoi Vocational College for Electro Mechanics, affirmed: “The application of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and artificial intelligence (AI) in vocational training is an inevitable trend, helping to improve training quality and create a workforce ready to meet labor market demands. The EON-XR platform is an invaluable tool for the school to continue developing advanced training models that link theory with practice, while enhancing students’ ability to engage in guided self-learning.”
EON-XR is a strategic product of EON Reality Group, deployed in over 110 countries and territories, with more than 45 million users worldwide. EON Reality Vietnam is the strategic partner and exclusive distributor of the EON-XR platform in Vietnam.
In the coming time, EON Reality Vietnam will continue to collaborate with schools and training institutions nationwide to integrate advanced AR, VR, and AI technologies into teaching, contributing to the digital transformation of vocational education and improving training quality to international standards.
